Brian Kelly received all the scrutiny for putting Auriok Salvagers into Oath, so he should continue to be credited for the deck in my opinion.
Yes, everyone else is still calling it Kelly Oath. The running joke on VSL between the players was that "Shuhei Oath" was Kelly Oath, but that you start with both Oath of Druids and Forbidden Orchard in all of your opening hands, because Shuhei is so lucky. Hence, if you want to "run good" with Oath, you want to be lucky like Shuhei.
