@ten-ten Forsaken City.
@ten-ten this, uh, does not have a 1/turn rider, and discards rather than exiles. also untaps normally.
Soul Seal - 1B
When Seal of Souls enters the battlefield, return all exiled cards to their owner's graveyards.
Cards in graveyards can not be exiled.
This seems absolutely terrifying with Yawg Will.

All of opponents artifacts cost 1 more. Abilities of all opponents artifacts cost 1 more.
All of opponents artifacts gain "pay 1 during your upkeep and end step, or sacrifice this permanent".

@blindtherapy So, it's basically better than Forsaken City, and card they were willing to print in Planeshift, in three ways. With the ETBT they may be able to get away with two of those upgrades in modern design, but would probably only do one.
@hierarchnoble eh, also make it a painland then.

@serracollector Nice design, but I would make it symmetrical, otherwise it's too good.

It would be symmetrical in the fact that everyone would run it in their 75?
T: add <> to your mana pool
T, pay 1 life: add U to your mana pool
when CARDNAME is put into your graveyard from your library, you may put it onto the battlefield.

Magnetic Resonance - 2RR
If Magnetic Resonance is in your opening hand, you may reveal it and exile a red card from your hand. If you do, begin the game with Magnetic Resonance on the battlefield.
Activated abilities of artifacts can't be activated.
Has significant preventative capability in the early game (like Force of Will does).
Heavily incentives one colour thus encouraging that colours broadened usage (like Force of Will does).
Already established as a valued effect in game by the use of Null Rod (similar to how Force of Will is comparable to Counterspell)
t, pay 1 life: add U or B
exile illusionary deadlands from your graveyard: exile your graveyard. return all cards exiled this way to your graveyard at the beginning of the next end step.
